The following are not permitted or qualified to join the Service:
Non-citizens or residents on a visitation visa.
Persons who are blacklisted from the Service.
Persons who are members of or otherwise affiliated with the blacklisted nations or groups.
Persons who are currently being tried for or have been convicted of the following criminal offences:
Any offence listed as a Class A felony.
Any offence listed in Article 103 of Title 7, Chapter I.
Any offence listed in Article 104 of Title 7, Chapter I.
§ 105.1 Unauthorised correspondence with foreign governments.
§ 106.1 Bribery of public official.
§§ 107.4 Doxxing; 107.5(3)(A) Hateful conduct (threatening harm based on characteristics); 107.6 Promoting violent extremism; 107.11(a(2)) Inauthentic engagement (by automation); 107.13 Deceptive practises.
§ 109.2 Destruction of government property.
Any offence listed in Article 110 of Title 7, Chapter I.
§ 112.3 Obstruction of criminal investigation.
§ 114.1 Impersonating officer or employee of the Republic.
§ 118.1 Use of public office for private gain.
§ 119.2 Fraud against the Republic.
§ 121.2 Counterfeiting official document.
§ 122.1 Murder.
Persons who have been previously deported.
Persons who have ever been a member in good standing of a raiding or nuking organisation (i.e. 4th Brigade, The Knights’ Templar).
High officials of any Nusk-affiliated state, including Nusk itself.
Unauthorised alternate accounts.
A citizen in good standing with the government.
A person whose account has been created more than three months ago. If the applicant is an approved alternate account of another, the creation date of the primary account will be used.
A person who has been a citizen of the Republic for more than one week.
A person who does not apply to the list of items in “Who isn’t qualified”.
A person who has good moral character and acts in the best interest of the Republic.
A person who does not have a history of misconduct.
